With more than 150 restaurants and over 3,000 employees, Plateform is a leader in the restaurant industry in Portugal, focused on delivering high-quality dining experiences. Managing such a wide range of establishments requires consistent and efficient maintenance operations, a task that became increasingly complex as the business grew.
Prior to adopting Infraspeak, Plateform’s maintenance processes were largely manual, with technicians relying on paper-based workflows and phone calls. This lack of centralisation led to delays, communication breakdowns, and an inability to track work orders effectively. With over 150 restaurants and varying maintenance needs across different concepts, Plateform struggled to maintain oversight and control. There was no real-time data available, and managing maintenance tasks across such a large network became a significant operational burden.

Infraspeak provided the digital transformation Plateform needed, offering flexibility to manage both preventive and reactive maintenance. With its real-time data capabilities, Infraspeak allowed Plateform to streamline communication between maintenance teams and store managers, ensuring that issues were identified and resolved faster.
Infraspeak centralised all maintenance information, allowing technicians to log work orders and update task statuses instantly through the mobile app. This brought unprecedented transparency to Plateform’s operations, reducing the number of pending maintenance requests by 50%.
