Whenever a user submits a request in Infraspeak they are able to assign it a priority (from Low to Urgent) so that the manager can provide faster assistance to what’s more urgent.

Integrate with your planned maintenance
Requests can be directly associated with open work orders or preventive jobs. You can visualise each task or work order’s details in their respective app.

Automatic request reports
Infraspeak will generate an automatic report for each request which includes its ID code, requester information, request status, information on the materials or service required and the request’s activity history.
