Customised document categorisation
Managers and administrators can easily create document types (e.g. Manuals, Certificates, Photos, Plans, Invoices, etc) in order to categorise each uploaded document.
Associate documents to assets or tasks
Every document can be associated with a piece of equipment, failure, preventive work, user, and more. You can also associate instruction manuals, easily accessible from the Asset Management module.
Define expiration dates
When uploading a document you can define its expiration date. This is especially useful for warranties and other time-sensitive files. After the date that you set has passed, the document will be marked as expired.
