Project Description

The project aimed to acquire knowledge of strategic foreign markets to attract new customers for the Infraspeak platform, which supports maintenance management and technical assistance teams in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This project resulted in the expansion of the solution and brand into markets such as Angola, Brazil, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Objectives, Activities, and Expected Results

Infraspeak intends to hire 11 highly qualified human resources to strengthen its national and international competitiveness. These new resources will have a profound impact on Infraspeak's organizational structure and working methods, and will also allow for the upskilling of the current team to develop two new strategic solutions. This is a fundamental project to elevate Infraspeak's current competencies in order to meet its business objectives and evolution perspectives. The project will allow for the diversification of the Company's product portfolio, the introduction of a new organizational method, an increase in international brand awareness, and the intensification of interactions between the company and entities of the national R&I system, with a significant contribution from the new hires.

Objectives, Activities, and Expected Results

Infraspeak aims to develop an innovative suggestion system for forms based on artificial intelligence, targeted at the infrastructure management and maintenance sector. The goal is to integrate the developed algorithms into its various interfaces, making the daily routines of facility managers and technical assistants of large infrastructures (such as hotels, retail chains, and hospitals) radically easier and more efficient. The project will contribute to eliminating the need for paper, increasing the quality and reliability of processes, and reducing operating costs. The developed solution will be capable of immediately suggesting data for unfilled fields in a form through a combination of different machine learning approaches, ensuring gains in productivity and efficiency while improving the user experience.

Objectives, Activities, and Expected Results

The identified operations are part of the sustainable employment and labor mobility support framework, as well as social inclusion, without any type of racial, gender, or religious discrimination regarding new hires and access to training opportunities for current and future employees. Infraspeak's vision is to be a world-leading platform in the field of maintenance management. Thus, the company's current focus is to align the size of the team with its growth and expansion strategy.

Within the scope of this strategy, the company launched a sales training program called SalesDevCamp. The program allowed for the selection of the four best candidates to join the company's staff as Sales Development Representatives within the Growth (Marketing) team as part of the pre-sales profile. In the financial area, the company intends to proceed with a new hire to ensure the reliability of financial/accounting information.
