In Portugal, where it has around 10,000 employees, it offers services such as cleaning, facility management, technical maintenance, green space maintenance and support services, always with a focus on sustainability.

One of the factors that led SAMSIC FACILITY to choose Infraspeak was the platform's ability to mould itself to its specific needs. Added to this flexibility was the fact that the company was able to test the platform and realise how simple and intuitive its interface is. The expectation of easy implementation, validated by feedback from partners and other market players, also favoured the choice.

With the support of a customer onboarding engineer, who accompanied the entire process, the adaptation of managers and technicians to Infraspeak went smoothly and the results began to appear. By being able to visualise the history of occurrences and maintenance services carried out, it became easier to resolve delays in interventions and equipment failures - technicians now have quick and direct access to information and give feedback on their work just as easily and quickly. All in one place!

On the other hand, the fact that Infraspeak automatically monitors important KPIs and generates reports allows SAMSIC to share them with clients, consolidating relationships of transparency and trust.
